Your job enters the press queue the same day payment clears.

• Nairobi CBD: free delivery, within 48 hours of payment for standard jobs.
• Nairobi outskirts: flat delivery fee, same 48-hour window for standard jobs.
• Upcountry: by courier, priced on a base fee plus distance-weight, timing depends on the courier’s own schedule.
• Remote/hardship areas (for example Lodwar, Lamu, Lokichogio, Kakuma) are delivered the same way, on a higher per-kg rate than standard upcountry to cover the longer courier route.

Offset (litho) lead time

Large-quantity jobs that qualify for offset pricing need extra runway before your requested delivery date — time for plates, makeready, and drying that digital printing doesn’t require. That runway varies by product, typically several business days. If your requested delivery date doesn’t leave enough room, the job simply isn’t offered offset pricing and runs on the digital press instead, so a tight deadline is never stuck waiting on plates.
